Quantock Hills AONB – Management Plan – Consultation

The new Quantock Hills Management Plan 2019-24 is a significant document for protecting the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in to the future as it will set the agenda for the AONB team, Joint Advisory Committee and the wide range of Quantock partners for the next 5 years.

David Wilson Homes – Amended Planning Application 06/17/0033

David Wilson Homes have amended their planning application in respect of the proposed development on Taunton Road. Full details are now available on the TDBC website by searching for the application using the reference number above. If you have any comments to make on the amended application please send them to TDBC as soon as possible. The Parish Council would also like to hear your views about the amended application, particularly in relation to the parcel of land now being allocated to a possible care home and also that, although nearly an acre is being set aside for a possible care home, the developer is still proposing to build 173 residential units.
